We would have trouble functioning without
it. I would not use anything else and have been using it since
1995
Brilliant for fault diagnosis. Even in
cases where the problem lies elsewhere, it can enable you to
rule out several potential causes of the problem, leaving you
with the few remaining to eliminate.
Much more certain by troubleshooting
pc problems. Finding problems quicker. Good technical support
by experts if needed. When all tests passed, you'll know the
problem is not some hardware component. So you'll have to search
the problem in the software.
The tools are very fast and accurate
and work even on the latest hardware. Quad CPU's etc.

I have used the Micro 2000 products since
1995, I cannot begin to quantify how much time, effort, stress
and money the Software and POST-Probe have saved me during the
time I have been using it. I have had several upgrades and never
regretted any of them, I have tried other products out of curiosity
but nothing (for me) matches the performance of the Micro 2000
stable of pedigree products.
Micro-Scope tests can be left to run
unmonitored which frees up time to concentrate on other

When I first made a purchase of this
kit several years ago I have to say it was purely out of curiosity.
I was well prepared to send it back after finding that I could
do most of the diagnostics my self with all the freeware utils
around. However within 2 days it had already re-paid for itself.
I had 3 PC's in from 1 site. Windows had a problem restarting
on all of them. I found that all the HD's had bad sectors on

Having been in the industry for 20 years
I have seen companies and individuals use just FDISK to try
and ensure data erasure. It does not work? Micro-Scope 2000(Secure
Wipe) does the job right....just the way we like it as A+ qualified
Technicians.
I had a printer on a usb port not being
recognized and used the usb port to diagnose the problem which
turned out to be a usb root hub problem on the motherboard.
An excellent tool to diagnose a pc. If
Micro-Scope can't find it, no other software will. I can now

open the system up voiding warranty.
PC was not completing POST. Local PCW
couldn't diagnose it, I had a diagnosis in 30 seconds.
A retail purchased Compaq system not
booting up. POST Probe quickly indicated the motherboard at
fault. Replaced and repaired without having to individually
test each component. Compaq BIOS are known for complications,
however Micro 2000 have a complete Compaq listing and with a
few jumper changes diagnostics was simple.

A small network was continually crashing. It could have taken

there was a problem with a USB printer. Once removed, the system
ran perfectly.
