be honest, at first I did not believe that the product
would save much time on problem diagnosis, but I was
wrong!!

I have recently dealt with a customer who had a desktop
PC which would continually re-boot or get the BSOD.

Brilliant for fault diagnosis. Even in cases where
the problem lies elsewhere, it can enable you to rule
out several potential causes of the problem, leaving
you with the few remaining to eliminate.

Examples:

A customers PC kept crashing every 30 mins. We'd
ruled out overheating, the video card and the memory.
By diagnosing the system we were able to rule out
everything but the BIOS. Even though this was almost
the latest version, the BIOS upgrade resolved the
problem. I was amazed and - to be honest - wouldn’t
have considered the BIOS to be the problem in this
particular case if it hadn’t been for the fact
that everything else had been ruled out by the diagnosis.

years ago I have to say it was purely out of curiosity.
I was well prepared to send it back after finding
that I could do most of the diagnostics my self with
all the freeware utilities around. However within
